Nila Bindu or Azure Pearl, a blue light that appears in the mind’s eye / eye’s mind between breaths as described in the Hamsa ‘I am That’ meditation by Swami Muktadanda.  This blue seed of light contains the entire universe.  The steel was submerged in the Tomales Bay in 2008, which is the San Andreas Fault.
